The 22nd of December is the Solstice, an event which our ancestors celebrated for thousands of years. The Collage Obsession challenge, "Candles," seems to go very well with that observation.

    Dian, your idea of combining the winter Solstice with candles in your piece is great! I'll burn a lot of extra candles on the 22nd.
