This week's challenge is Dreams and Nightmares. This morning I was dreaming about a sapphire blue evening gown with lots of chiffon, but there isn't much pizazz in that, so let me consider the nightmare side of my subconscious -- centipedes, spiders, and the faceless unknown.
I get the chills just looking at your piece, Dian. I share your horror of creepy crawlies. And the "faceless unknown" is pretty creepy too.

ReplyDeleteKaylene -- I don't know where I was going to wear the blue chiffon. Just before I woke up I had picked out a gorgeous pair of sapphire earrings to go with it too. Oh well!

ReplyDeleteDreams are hard to illustrate, you are right. Maybe nightmares are easier because they are often so strong. Your nightmare image is very impressive!

On the brighter side of life, I think it's time you splurge and buy yourself sapphire earrings and a chiffon gown to match. xo.
